Aurastudy
Terms of use
The essential rules for using Aura and keeping your work.
Effective from: 18 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-18
1. Who provides Aurastudy
Aurastudy is a free, independently managed study tool provided by Nicola Di Crescenzo, Italia. Contact: nicoladicrescenzo04@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility and account
You may create an account only if you are at least 16 years old. You must provide an email address you control, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
3. Service and beta status
Aurastudy lets you create concept maps locally or save them to an account. The editor is designed for a computer with a keyboard; from a phone you can ask for a single email containing the link to open it on a computer, using an address you are entitled to use. The service is offered free of charge and may evolve, be interrupted or contain errors. Reasonable care is used to keep it available and protect saved data, but uninterrupted availability and freedom from defects are not guaranteed. Export important work regularly.
4. Your content
You retain your rights in content you create. You grant the provider only the limited permission necessary to host, copy, process and display that content to operate Aurastudy for you. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to the ordinary expiry of backups.
Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material, confidential information you are not authorised to use, personal data about third parties without a lawful basis, malware, or content intended to abuse or disrupt the service.
You can generate a link that makes a map readable to anyone who opens it, and lets them copy it into their own area to edit. That is your choice: share only what you are allowed to circulate, and keep in mind that whoever receives the link can forward it. By creating the link you grant the provider the limited permission to show that map to whoever opens it, and whoever opens it the permission to make their own copy. You can turn the link off at any time, but copies other people already made remain theirs.
5. Acceptable use
Do not bypass security or access controls, access another person's data, automate abusive traffic, test vulnerabilities without written permission, resell access, or use Aurastudy in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Account suspension and deletion
You may export and delete your account at any time. Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect users or infrastructure, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these Terms. Where practicable, notice and an opportunity to export data will be provided.
7. Liability
Aurastudy is a study and organisation tool, not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law or mandatory consumer protections. Within those limits, the provider is not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by misuse, third-party services or events outside reasonable control.
8. Privacy, changes and law
Personal data is handled as described in the privacy notice. Material changes to these Terms will be identified by a new version and presented before they bind new account activity. Italian law applies, without limiting mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. The competent courts are determined by applicable mandatory rules.
